Would anyone having historical information, including photos, of Darlington's links with Amiens please contact me on [email protected] Melanie Torrent, Professor of British and Commonwealth History at the University of Picardy in Amiens, is compiling a special collection of relations between our towns, and would like details of exchanges or any papers or gifts you may have or know about. This would also benefit our Association as we have a significant amout of information going back to 1953 on our Muelhaim links, but very little on Amiens although we have been twinned for the same length of time.
